• TPN assessments and Shield designations are not pass/fail determinations
• Content Owners and studios make independent, risk-based decisions
• RaiseShield Solutions does not guarantee acceptance, approval, or specific outcomes
• All findings and recommendations are advisory in nature

4. Professional Judgment & Limitations

Security assessments and advisory services are based on information and evidence provided by the client, observations made during the agreed assessment window, and industry best practices and professional judgment at the time of review.

Security is not absolute, and no assessment can identify all risks, vulnerabilities, or threats.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information
• Ensuring appropriate access to systems, personnel, and documentation
• Implementing remediation actions and security controls
